Collage Dots 04:59
I may perceive, yet I can't see The importance of the dots in front of me Scattered fragments on an arid plain No connection to be made Astray, amidst this life's decay In a forest deaf and blind Charade, in acting as sounds bade An opaque glass by rusty metal lined Some things rarely do make sense In order to escape pretense It's a game of signs and brain The patterns won't align themselves Astray, amidst this life's decay In a forest deaf and blind Charade, in acting as sounds bade An opaque glass by rusty metal lined When faces creep inside of your dreams Their gazes opalize your fears Eye the heavens high with mild intent A collage that was never meant Astray, amidst this life's decay In a forest deaf and blind Charade, in acting as sounds bade An opaque glass by rusty metal lined I don't see the way we could've spoken Of all the feelings stars evoked Do not lose temper, don't throw stones As I cling silently to collage dots

I carved you a tombstone, for the hot cherry sky It fills me with hope that it won't return From sunrise to sundawn, we walked along the pier The clouds confess the sun's gone, the light has disappeared I found myself falling, headfirst to the ground Steadfast the victims following my path Make choices quickly, the world is getting small Some speak of winter and some speak of fall None of it really matters, we're still chasing fog Some burn like torches, some fall like empty logs I found myself falling, headfirst to the ground The wailing of sirens became a pleasant whisper As my world keeps spinning to the rhythm of the sound I find myself falling every time, every time

Ride 04:18
Does this ride ever end, will the ride ever come to an end? You have to try, for you cannot tell or guess. A mastermind that you are falls unconsiously into this light that shines like a socket most pristine. Beneath the temple of your heart resides a horrid beast which slouches and climbs rooftops to be born. Another century may pass and you'll still breathe in harmony Unaware of the secret life of birds. Just try not to act strange, even though you feel Eternity gazing at your back You hear your words coming through the waters of a troubled crystal pond There lay your conscience, a precious thing, but now it's gone and nowhere to be found Make sure to gaze at the sunrise once in a while so you can tell what matters most Is it the insane mumbling of a busking man Or rather, inside of your head? Just try not to act strange, even though you feel Eternity gazing at your back Just try not to derange those feelings of confliction When they flow and reach inside Bury me beneath a moonlit tombstone, so that I can observe the phases, by means of an eclipse. leave the eyes, leave the eyes Just try not to act strange, even though you feel Eternity gazing at your back Just try not to derange those feelings of confliction When they flow and reach inside
